Selected display info
There are four training information panels: SPD, WATT, CAD & HF . The selected panel will
have a light blue colour. Visible in the graphic display is an axis scale (left) and a graphic curve
of the selected panel. By pressing cursor LEFT & RIGHT you can navigate horizontally through
the various panels. The graphic display will change as you do this. When you select a panel
extra training information will become visible. This will show for 5 seconds & then close.
Diagram
At the top of the window is the DIAGRAM of the training program. The route setting (Slope,
Watts or heart beat) are in top of the bar. The distance/time is shown at the bottom of the bar.
The route number is in the bar. The width of the bar depends on the duration or distance of
the route. The minimum is 10 seconds or 0.1km. These durations & distances are the same for
all programs. For very short routes there is no route information visible on the program
diagram. To easily see the difference between the routes a profile of the route will be shown in
the program diagram. On the right (above) of the diagram there is a W,% or Heart to help you
spot what the program is. To the right (below) is MI/KM or m:s which indicates if the program
is based on duration or distance.
The vertical line is the position line. While cycling, the bars will shift to the left. Simultaneously,
the bars at the left of the position line will turn into a darker colour. Behind the last route is the
FINISH line. The diagram refers only to the user. The position of your opponent(s) is visible
below the display.
