ID Card
The ID card contains personal data about users. The card is unique in that it automatically
calculates the heart rate zones when the date of birth is entered. There is also space for an
e-mail address and notes.
Fill in the ID card using the mouse and/or the PC keyboard. By pressing ENTER in team name,
you can select an other team. To exit the ID card, you should fill in at least the name, weight
and date of birth.
At the top left of the ID card is the team, user name and weight
(combined body and bicycle weight). In the field underneath are
the other data. At the right side a picture of the team shirt
Automatic calculation of heart rate zones
After filling in the date of birth, the maximum pulse, the anaerobic threshold (turning point) and
related heart rate zones will calculate automatically for specific types of training. Clearly, if the
'actual' maximum pulse and anaerobic threshold are entered on the card, the six heart rate zones
will be more accurate.
Types of training
HR Zone 1 recovery training
HR Zone 2 casual training
HR Zone 3 moderate training
HR Zone 4 robust training
HR Zone 5 anaerobic threshold - long, extensive interval
HR Zone 6 interval
