Remote control functions (continued)
Button Function Remark/operation
Time/date The current time and date are announced by a synthesised
voice message.
Remote erase of all The answering machine erases all incoming messages
messages since the answering mode was activated. This function can
be protected against unintentional execution.
Activation of the call You can switch the call forwarding function for the activa-
forwarding function ted MSN on or off (see also button functions 4: next
MSN).The call forwarding function is always active. In
order to deactivate it you have to call another MSN and
switch to the target MSN during the remote operation.
Change telephone Allows you to change the telephone number for the call
number forwarding function remotely. Dial the new destination
number. The device confirms each number separately.
After having dialled the complete number press . The
new telephone number is repeated by synthesised voice.
Deactivate answering The device disconnects the line and stops the answering
mode mode. Further incoming calls will not be answered. This
function can be protected against unintentional execution.
Stop remote The device disconnects the line but remains in the
interrogation answering mode.
