I cannot have a conversation
using the Bluetooth headset.
R The Bluetooth headset is not registered. Register it
(page 36).
R The Bluetooth headset is not connected. Connect it

R Turn the Bluetooth headset off, then turn it on and try
again.
There is noise interference
during calls on the Bluetooth
headset.
R A Bluetooth headset can communicate with a phone
within a range of approximately 10 m. The connection
may be subject to interference from obstructions such as
walls or electronic devices. Move to a new location.
I cannot connect the Bluetooth
device to my phone.
R Confirm that the Bluetooth device is turned on.
R If the Bluetooth device is already connected to another
Bluetooth device, disconnect it. Then connect it to the
phone (page 36).
R The Bluetooth device is not registered. Register it
(page 36).
R Confirm that the Bluetooth setting of the phone is turned
on (page 36).
Liquid damage
Problem Cause/solution
Liquid or other form of moisture
has entered the phone/charger.
R Disconnect the AC adaptor from the phone/charger.
Remove the SIM card and battery from the phone and
leave to dry for at least 3 days. After the phone/charger
are completely dry, insert the SIM card and battery into
the phone. Then reconnect the AC adaptor to charge fully
before use. If the phone does not work properly, contact
your place of purchase or nearest Panasonic service
centre.
Caution:
R To avoid permanent damage, do not use a microwave oven to speed up the drying process.
