2.0kg samonilla flour(hard)
1.0kg water
1.0kg sugar
Stuffing
150g milk powder
1 spoon of baking powder
20g coconuts, grated
1 spoon of vanilla powder
Method
1. Combine water and sugar. Boil. And Pour into the samonilla. Mix well.
2. Add milk powder, baking powder, coconuts and vanilla powder. Mix well
Let stand for 6 hours.
3. After about 6 hours later, pour the mixture onto the greased metal tray.
Spread liquid milk on the surface for the color.
4. Choose the Menu, press start key without food to preheat the oven.
5. The oven will beep at the end of the preheat period.
Open the door, place the food on the low rack on the glass tray.
And then press start key again.
6. When it display “10 minutes” during the baking, remove the food from the
oven and cut into the diamond shapes.
7. Place the food in the oven and press start key.
8. After cooking, remove from the oven.
Add the syrup onto the top of the food.
Let stand until gets cold before serve.
