Method
1. Combine flour, eggs, ghee, salt and water. Mix for 10-15 minutes.
Divide dough in 10 pieces of dough.
Roll each piece of dough into a 25~30cm diameter circle.
2. Stack each dough lightly floured surface. And then roll dough into a 100cm
diameter circle and 1mm thick for 10 to 20 minutes.
Cut the end of the dough.
3. Cut dough into a 4x4cm square.
4. Place the prepared stuffing on the each batter.
And then fold to center.
Add the 300ml of boiled ghee.
5. Choose the Menu, press start key without food to preheat the oven.
6. The oven will beep at the end of the preheat period.
Open the door, place the food on the low rack on the glass tray.
And then press start key again.
7. After cooking, remove from the oven.
Drop the ghee immediately.
Let stand until gets cold before serve.
