1kg samonilla flour(hard)
400g ghee
350g sugar
100g milk powder
100g water
Stuffing
500g pistachio, grated
100g sugar

2 spoons of flower water
Method
1. Combine milk powder and water.
Add samonilla flour, ghee and sugar. And set aside.
2. Mix pistachio, sugar, rose water and flower water.
3. Cut dough into a 5~6cm size.
4. Place the stuffing onto the prepared dough. And fold over the stuffing.
Put the pistachio on the food. Slit slightly on the surface.
5. Place on the metal tray.
6. Choose the Menu, press start key without food to preheat the oven.
7. The oven will beep at the end of the preheat period.
Open the door, place the food on the low rack on the glass tray. And then press
start key again.
8. After cooking, remove from the oven.
Let stand until gets cold before serve.
