Adjusting the operating mode selector
In order to use the amplifier’s different options for picking up signals,
the selector in the battery compartment must be set to the corresponding posi-
tion. Set the operator mode selector as follows:
1. Open the battery compartment cover as described in »Putting in the batte-
ries«.
2. Use a small screwdriver to set the switch to the desired position.
The following three positions are available:
a. Position »M«: Operation using the built-in/external microphone. (If an
external microphone is used, the built-in microphone will be switched off
automatically.)
b.
Position »A«: Switch position for the direct connection of any audio device
using a 3.5 mm stereo/audio cable.
c. Position »T«: Operation as an induction loop receiver.
What to do if the amplifier doesn’t work
Make sure that the microphone cable or the headphone cable/teleloop cable is
not damaged in any way.
