The transponders are systematically arranged in alphabetical order and by satellite. You can use the
REORGANISATION OF LISTS menu to organise them as you wish (see 7.4).
a) TO UPDATE A DIGITAL BOUQUET
The number of channels in a transponder and their names can change. To update the transponder, and the
corresponding bouquet, without having to make a full search, proceed as follows :
♦ In the UPDATING BOUQUETS menu, place the cursor on the transponder or on one of the channels
of the transponder to be updated (use keys 3,4,5 and 6).
♦ Press UPDATE (GREEN button) : an updating screen appears. If one of the parameters of the
transponder has changed, modify it using keys 3,4,5 and 6 and the alphanumerical keypad, then press
OK to enter, or R to cancel.
a) TO ADD A DIGITAL PROGRAMME
• In the UPDATING BOUQUETS menu, press ADD ( RED button)
• Select DIGITAL PROGRAMME
♦ After selecting the satellite, enter the different parameters relative to the digital programme :
frequency, rate and polarisation, as well a the different PID, and SKEW if you use a Wide Band LNB
with a magnetic polarisor (use keys 3,4,5 and 6 and the alphanumerical keypad).
♦ Press OK to enter: the search will commence, and if it is successful, the video appears in the reduced
format window, right bottom (if the programme has not been scrambled ).You can modify the
parameters of the channel (such as changing the name) by pressing the UPDATE button (GREEN
button). Then use the keys 3,4,5 and 6 and the alphanumerical keypad to carry out the modifications,
then press OK to enter them. Press OK again to add the programme to the list.
♦ You can then save your new programmes using SAVE or carry out another search using the ADD
button.
