14. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Receiver blocked responding neither to the remote control nor to the keyboard
Turn the XENA off then on again, using the ON/OFF button.
Receiver responding to the buttons on the front panel, but not to the remote control
Check the batteries in the remote control
No signal is being received on the television from any channel. (message “No signal - check your
installation”)
Check the SCART connections on your XENA, and on your television.
If you use a coaxial cable to connect your XENA to your television, check that the cable has not been
disconnected.
Check that the parameters of your dish and accessories correspond to your installation (Diseqc box,
motor, commutator, LNB head...)
No signal on a channel
Check that the channel is broadcasting.
Check your rights if it is a pay channel
Change channel and switch back again to the initial channel.
Can occur in the case of bad weather
Frozen picture
Check the presence of subscription cards
Change bouquet.
Go back to the previous bouquet.
Can occur in the case of bad weather
