container for 15 minutes, then seek medical help.

The battery must be removed from the appliance

UNPACKING
In the box you should nd the appliance and the
accessories shown in the Main Components drawing.
Remove all the packing from these and retain the
packaging. If you dispose of it, please do so according
to any recycling regulations.
If items are missing or damaged, contact your nearest
Tesco store for assistance.
Read and retain this user guide. If you pass the
appliance to a third party, make sure to include this
user guide.
Before use, remove the plastic protector and warning

Battery Care
To ensure maximum life from the batteries in your
Rechargeable groomer, follow these guidelines:
Do not recharge the groomer between sessions.
Wait until the batteries are exhausted before
recharging.
Discharge the batteries completely twice a year
(switch on and run until the groomer stops).
If the groomer hasn’t been used for a long period
of time, discharge the batteries completely, then
fully charge them for 12 hours before use.
Never charge the groomer for more than 24
hours.
Never recharge the battery in a temperature below
10°C.
Avoid recharging the battery in direct sunlight or
near a radiating heat source.
CHARGING
Plug the Charger into the mains and switch on at 3.

The Charge indicator on the groomer will light 4.

Before using the appliance charger, ensure that the
voltage of your electricity supply is the same as that
indicated on the charger.
Your groomer contains re-chargeable batteries and may
be used cordless for approximately 45 minutes when the
batteries are fully charged.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The batteries must be charged for
a minimum of 12 hours for the rst charge cycle. This
will ensure the maximum life for the batteries.
Connect the cable from the charger to the charge 1.

socket is polarised so the cable must be correctly
aligned.
