Call Functions
2.2.4 How to Make Calls from a Directory
Step by Step: 1. Click in the middle of myPortal entry Start.
2. Click on the Contacts / Directories symbol.
3. Click on one of the Personal contacts, Internal directory, System
directory or All directories tabs.
4. Select one of the following options:
• Click in the appropriate directory entry on the desired station number.
• Click in the context menu of the appropriate directory entry on the desired
station number.
2.2.5 How to Make Calls with Function Keys
Prerequisites: • There are existing function keys; see How to Add a Function Key.
Step by Step: 1. Click in the middle of myPortal entry Start.
2. Click on the Function Keys symbol.
3. Click on the desired function key.
2.2.6 How to Make a Call from the Journal
Prerequisites: • There are existing entries in the journal.
Step by Step: 1. Click in the middle of myPortal entry Start.
2. Click on the Journal symbol.
3. Click on one of the following folders: All Calls, Missed, Answered, Inbound,
Outbound or Reminder (ringing bell symbol).
4. Select one of the following options:
• Click on the desired journal entry.
• Click in the context menu of the appropriate journal entry on the station
number.
2.2.7 How to End a Call
Step by Step: 1. Select one of the following options:
• Click in the Current Connections popup window on Hang Up.
• Click on Hang Up in the menu bar.
