PITCH CURVE

) curve that sets the response of the collective pitch servo(s) to movement of the throttle/collective
STICK. Independently adjustable in the normal fl ight mode, one for each of the 3 idle-ups, and one for throttle hold.
Adjusted to provide ideal blade response for various types of maneuvers being performed. For simplicity, the normal
condition's curve may be set in the
BASIC

Rudder-to-elevator mix: used to counteract undesirable pitch (pitch coupling) with rudder input, especially in knife edge

Rudder-to-throttle mix: (
HELI
) adds throttle to counter the added load from increasing pitch of the tail blades, maintaining a
constant head-speed with rudder. (This is a minor effect and is not critical in most helicopters.) Not a preprogrammed mix.
