Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months and
begins on the day of purchase. Please
keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
The following warranty
conditions apply:
The manufacturer guarantees to cover
repairs of any defects that can be at-
tributed to materials or workmanship.
If a defect is determined, you are ob-
ligated to notify Royalbeach service
immediately. Damage resulting from
improper handling, or failure to obser-
ve the assembly, operation and work-
out instructions, improper assembly,
insufficient care, improper transport,
acts of force, or normal wear and tear
do not fall under this guarantee. The
warranty obligations are also do not
apply if there are minor deviations
from target conditions that are insi-
gnificant to the value and usability of
the device. Parts subject to wear and
tear do not come under the warranty.
This applies to the following parts of
the product: bounce mat, frame cover,
galvanized springs,
safety labels, safety net, plastic co-
verings, foam sheaths for support
tubes, cover caps for support tubes.
The manufacturer is not liable for cau-
sal damages or consequential damages
of any kind, unless such limitations on
liability are expressly prohibited by le-
gal authorities. At the manufacturer‘s
discretion, the warranty may be fulfil-
led by sending replacement parts, do-
ing repairs, or sending a replacement.
The manufacturer reserves the right
to replace the product by delivering a
similar product or one of equal value.
In the event of a replacement delivery
at no cost, the manufacturer may ded-
uct an appropriate amount for the pe-
riod of use up to that time. The fulfill-
ment of the guarantee does not bring
about an extension of the guarantee
nor does a new guarantee then take
effect for you. The guarantee period
for replacement parts ends with the
guarantee period for the entire de-
vice. No additional claims for warranty
coverage are permitted. If a product
is sent back unauthorized to claim
warranty coverage, the manufacturer
reserves the right to return it to the
customer without incurring costs. If a
defect is determined during the war-
ranty period, it will be corrected at no
cost by our service team. If a replace-
ment product is delivered, a packa-
ged device will be sent to you, but you
have no claim to have it assembled.
Please observe that in the event of a
return shipment, only the complete
device (no parts may be missing from
the list of parts delivered) can be gi-
ven to the transport company. Since
a return shipment by regular mail may
not be possible due to weight restric-
tions, please first contact the service
address below for technical informati-
on and advice. In order to protect the
product sufficiently in the event of a
repair or return, we ask you to retain
the original packaging for the duration
of the warranty period if possible.
Warranty claims are not honored if the
device has been used for commercial
purposes (such as in a hotel or a fit-
ness center), regardless of whether
the purchaser is acting on behalf of
a user or entrepreneur in the context
of the German Civil Code. It is also not
permitted to transfer the warranty
rights to a third party at our expense.

After the expiration of the warranty
period you also have the possibility
of having the device repaired at the
addresses below. Repairs occurring af-
ter the warranty has expired, including
shipping costs, are at your expense.
Your legal rights are not limited by this
warranty.
