Safety tips
➞ Before using the device every user must become familiar with all instructions on
assembly, operation and workouts, care and maintenance, as well as the safety
tips mentioned in these printed instructions. Children are to be appropriately
supervised and instructed.
➞Safety tips are to be strictly observed.
➞ The instructions should be kept in a safe place.
➞
If the device is given to someone else, the assembly, operation and workout instruc-
tions are to be included.
➞ As with every type of athletic leisure time activity, users may incur injuries. In
order to minimize the risk of injuries, it is the responisibility of the trampoline
owner to make every user familiar with safety and workout tips and the inherent
risks. Every user of the trampoline must be aware of his own limitations and the
risks of injury which exist when using the trampoline.
➞The trampoline may only be used under the supervision of a physical trainer who
instructs the users appropriately.
➞ The maximum load is 150 kg!
PLEASE OBSERVE:
➞
Inappropriate use or misuse of this trampoline is dangerous and may cause seri-
ous injuries. Use the device only as described in the instructions.
➞Not appropriate for use by physically or mentally handicapped persons.
➞The assembly, operation and workout instructions are necessary when ordering
replacement parts.
➞A periodic check of the device for damages and wear and tear will enhance the
level of safety. Defective parts, e.g., connecting parts, or a defective frame cover,
should be replaced immediately. The device should not be used while awaiting
repairs. Nuts and screws should be check regularly.
➞If you should wish to disassemble the device, proceed in reverse order as descri-
bed in the instructions.
➞ The trampoline can be blown away by a strong wind. If you anticipate windy wea-
ther, the trampoline should be put away in a protected place or disassembled.
Another possibility is to tie down the round outer part (upper cross-frame) of the
trampoline with ropes and stakes driven into the ground. To make it secure, at
least three fastening points should be used. It is not sufficient to tie down only
the legs of the trampoline to the ground, because these can be torn away from
the sockets in the frame.
➞Before using the trampoline always check to see if the bounce mat is wearing out
or if individual parts are loose or missing.
➞When the trampoline is not in use it is to be closed by blocking the entrance
area of the safety net with a padlock (not included with the package delivered).
APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN AGES 6 AND UP!
➞Children should work out on the trampoline only if they have
appropriate development, mentally and physically, and have
been instructed on the proper use.
➞Workout devices are in no way appropriate as playthings. Allow
children to work out only under supervision!
➞Make sure that unsupervised children are kept away from the
trampoline.
➞Children may only work out under the supervision of a physical
trainer.
Dangers to health/Risk of injuries
➞ Only one person at a time may jump on the trampoline! Several
jumpers at once increase the risk of injuries, such as fractures
in the head and neck areas and injuries to the legs and spinal
column.
➞Do not do flips, as this increases the risk of landing on the
head or neck! Landing on the head or neck can lead to severe
injuries or possibly death.
➞Make sure that while using the trampoline no person is located
underneath. Place the device on a firm and level (horizontal)
surface. A firm and safe positioning must be guaranteed.
➞
Incorrect or excessive workouts can be detrimental to your health.
➞Trampolines are centrifugal machines which throw the user
into unaccustomed heights and cause unusual strains on mus-
cles and joints. This can bring about injuries such as sprains.
➞Do not in any way close your eyes while using the trampoline.
➞Candy and gum, etc., in the mouth are not permitted while
jumping.
➞Do not place the trampoline on concrete, asphalt or other hard
surfaces.
