This statement replaces any reference to warranty which may be contained elsewhere
within this manual

What’s covered by this warranty?
•Pure agrees to refund, repair or replace, at your election, without charge to you,
any part found to be defective during the warranty period.
•If equipment has been used according to its accompanying instruction manual
and is used in a domestic situation, a two year warranty period applies (excludes
rechargeable ChargePAK where fitted. A one year warranty period applies to all
ChargePAKs).

What’s NOT covered by this warranty?
Under this express warranty Pure will not be liable for loss or damage of any kind

•Products with serial number defacement, modification or removal
•Water damage or corrosion caused by dampness
•Any damage or deterioration due to shipment
•Any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse or accident

radio system brings a world of listening simply and easily
within your reach. You can use it to enjoy music streamed
wirelessly from your iOS or Android device or from your PC
or Mac; to listen to any internet, digital or FM radio station;
and to play thousands of podcasts, on-demand radio
programmes and evocative ambient sounds.

Extend the aerial and insert the connector of the supplied power adapter into the 5.5V DC
input on the rear of One Flow. Plug the adapter into the power supply. Pure is displayed briefly
on-screen.
Getting started
Quick start
Note: If you have a ChargePAK E1 rechargeable battery (sold separately) fit it now before plugging in One
Flow. See page 20 for more information.
Choose your display language (English, French, German or Italian) by turning the Select dial
to highlight the language you want. Push the Select dial in to confirm your choice. Repeat this
process to select the time zone and region closest to you.
The audio source screen is displayed, showing the following options. Turn the Select dial to
highlight and press to select from:

player. You will need a suitable 3.5mm to
3.5mm auxiliary lead (not supplied).
Switching between Sleep, Standby and On
One Flow has three power modes, Standby, Sleep and On. In Standby, One Flow uses minimal power.
In Sleep mode, One Flow remains connected to the wireless network (once attached) and is ready to
stream music using Pure Stream. See page 11 for more information.
To enter Sleep mode, press Standby.
To enter Standby mode, press and hold Standby.
Once in Sleep/Standby mode, press Standby to switch to On.

Internet listening via the Pure Lounge
The Pure Lounge is an online media portal that provides you with quick and easy access to thousands
of internet radio stations, on-demand programmes, podcasts and ambient sounds. You can enjoy all this
content on your One Flow, on smartphones and tablets running the Pure Lounge app, and on the Pure
Lounge website.
To access the Pure Lounge on One Flow, you will need to connect One Flow to your network. See below
for more information.
After connecting One Flow to your network, you can register your radio on the Pure Lounge website. We
recommend registering your radio and Pure Lounge favourites and access subscription services like Pure
Music and Pure Tag.
Connecting to the internet
Using your wireless network
1. Press Home and select The Lounge from the audio source
screen. One Flow will scan for wireless networks and show
them in a list.
2. Select your network. If your network requires a key, follow steps
3-4.
3. Enter your network key or password by turning and pressing
the Select dial to highlight and select characters. Select sp to
insert a space. Press More... for lower-case; press it again for
symbols. Press Delete to remove the last character.
4. Press Save to finish. One Flow will connect to your network.
Helpful hint: Your Wi-Fi key is case sensitive, make sure to enter it
exactly as shown.
Using an Ethernet connection
You can also connect One Flow to the internet using the optional
Pure Mini USB Ethernet adapter.
To use the Pure Mini USB Ethernet adapter, connect your network
cable to the adapter, then connect the adapter to the mini USB
socket on your One Flow. You will then need to select the Ethernet
network option (see page 19). The adapter USB light comes on
and a connection to your network is made automatically.
The Ethernet connection status is shown on screen (see page 7).
Note: Ethernet connection is only possible when mains power is
connected.

Pure Sounds
The Lounge home screen
Listening to internet radio
Thousands of radio stations around the world broadcast online. To
listen, select The Lounge (internet content) from the audio source
screen. Your One Flow will tune to the last station you listened to or
show you the stations list. Turn the Select dial to enter the Lounge
home screen. Select Live Radio to see a list of currently available
internet stations. Use the Select dial to browse the list and push to
tune in. You can add a station to your Favourites by pressing Add.

Search for a station
Press Search when browsing the station list to search for stations by
Name, Genre, Country, Language, Quality (sound quality), or any
combination of these. Use the Select dial to set your options and
press Go to see the list of results.
Listening to other internet content
Press Home and select The Lounge from the audio source screen,
then one of the following content types:
Listen again
Some stations offer a listen again service, letting you catch up with
anything you might have missed. These archived radio programs are
available to listen to for a set period of time after the live broadcast.
Podcasts
Podcasts are prerecorded audio shows on a wide variety of subjects
such as comedy, arts, business, and culture, for you to enjoy anytime.
Pure Sounds
Our library of evocative ambient sounds, including birdsong,
cityscapes, and waves on shore.
Creating a Pure Lounge account
To create a Pure Lounge account and register your One Flow you’ll
need:
1. An e-mail address. We’ll need to send you a couple of e-mails
and you won’t be able to complete the process without access
to them.
2. Your One Flow’s serial number. You can find this on the back of
the unit.
To create a Pure Lounge account:
1. Open your internet browser.
2. Go to www.thelounge.com.
3. Click Log in, then Create account and follow the instructions
on-screen.
Register your One Flow on the Pure Lounge
1. Log in to the Pure Lounge and click My Account and select
Devices. You’ll see your registration code.
2. From Lounge settings on your radio, select Register with the
Lounge to enter your code. Use the Select dial to highlight and
select characters; press Delete to erase characters; and press
Save to finish.
Congratulations! You’ve registered your One Flow on the Pure Lounge.
The favourites you’ve created on the Pure Lounge will be visible on
your One Flow, and those you’ve created on One Flow will appear on
the Pure Lounge.

Pure Music
Pure Music is a cloud-based on-demand subscription service that gives you instant access to millions of
music tracks.
Pure Music enables you to find and play as many tracks and albums as you want on multiple devices,
including Pure’s wide range of wireless music and radio systems, PCs and Macs via the Pure Lounge
website, and smartphones running the free Pure Lounge app.
Pure Music also incorporates Pure Tag, a unique, free, tagging service which lets you identify radio
and on-demand tracks on your One Flow, and bookmark them for easy access. With a Pure Music
subscription you can play tagged tracks on all your Pure wireless music and radio systems and use the
Pure Lounge website’s powerful search function to find and listen to other tracks by the same artist,
explore related podcasts and discover music by similar artists.
You can also use the Pure Lounge website to organise tracks or albums by dragging and dropping them
into playlists which are synchronised across all your Pure Music listening devices. You can also share
your playlists using Facebook and Twitter

Accessing Pure Music on One Flow
1. Press Home and select The Lounge from the audio source screen.
2. Turn and press the Select dial to select Pure Music.
3. Turn and press the Select dial to select one of the following options:
My Tracks: Select this option to access the tracks that you have purchased from the Pure Lounge.
Catalogue: Select this option to browse or search the complete Pure Music catalogue on your One
Flow.
By playlist: Select this option to listen to playlists created by you at www.thelounge.com.
Pure Tag
The Pure Tag service can be used to identify, bookmark and purchase tracks that are playing on a digital,
FM or internet radio station. In addition to accessing your favourite music tracks, the Pure Tag service
also automatically back catalogues any music by similar artists that you might be interested in, allowing
you to explore something completely new or rediscover forgotten favourites.
Note: To access your tagged tracks list, you will need to log in to your Pure Lounge account at www.
thelounge.com.
1. Press the Tag button.
2. One Flow will identify the name of the song that is being played and allow you to buy it (or stream it if
you have Pure Music).
Note: To use the Pure Tag service, your One Flow will need to be connected to your network and you will
need a Pure Lounge account. See page 9 for more information on setting up a Pure Lounge account.

Streaming your music from an iOS or
Android device
The Pure Stream feature enables you to use the Pure Lounge App to
stream music stored on your smartphone or tablet to a Pure Stream
compatible Pure wireless music and radio system. You can also
use it to control the Pure Lounge content (internet radio stations,
on-demand radio programmes, podcasts and music from the Pure
Music subscription service) playing on your wireless music and radio
system.
To use the Pure Stream feature on One Flow, you will need to
download the Pure Lounge App on your smartphone or tablet from
the App Store or Google Play.
Pure Stream is controlled entirely from the Lounge App. Please see
the help supplied with the app if you need further details of how to
use it.

  • De ac-dc adapter van mijn Pure One Flow is reeds twee maal moeten vervangen worden en heb nu een nieuwe adapter van Allteq van betere kwaliteit en met regelbare spanning. Ik kan enkel de plug niet gebruiken omdat er zelfs in de set van 9 verschillende pluggen geen enkele past. De originele plug heeft een buitendiameter van 4,7 mm en een binnendiameter van 2,10 mm. Ik kan nergens zo'n plug vinden bij vele leveranciers en daardoor zal ik genoodzaakt zijn om terug een adapter van Pure aan te schaffen en die zijn klaarblijkelijk van slechte kwaliteit.
