▪ Connect the tie rod (1) to the 2 side elements of the handle bars (2a and 2b) with the 2
nuts (3).
▪ Loosen the 2 nuts (3) a bit.
▪ Fit the handle bars (2a and 2b) on the support (7) making sure you keep the cables under
the support.
▪ Position the 2 bolts (5) and the washers in the sequence indicated, then tighten the 2 nuts
(4) completely.
▪ Fasten the handle support (8) with the bolt (6).
▪ Now fully tighten the 2 nuts (3).
8.2.5 Secure / Fix the clutch and throttle cable (Fig. F)
▪ Use the 2 cable clips to attach the clutch and throttle cable to the handle bars.
▪ Make sure to fit the cables under the handle bars.
9 BEFORE OPERATION
9.1 Before first use (Fig. A & G)
ATTENTION: No oil pre-filled!
▪ Remove the oil cap/dipstick (Fig. G, 2).
▪ Fill the oil reservoir (Fig. G, 1) with 500 ml automotive engine oil of type SAE10W-30 with
detergent for 4-stroke engines.
▪ Replace the oil cap/dipstick (Fig. G, 2).
▪ Remove the fuel cap (Fig. A, 8).
▪ Use petrol Euro 95/98/E10.
9.2 Add or check oil level (Fig. G)
▪ Remove the oil filter cap/dipstick and wipe it clean. Insert the oil filler cap/dipstick into the
oil filler neck, but do not screw it in, then remove it to check the oil level.
▪ If the oil level is near or below the lower limit mark on the dipstick, fill with 4-stroke
automotive detergent oil SAE10W-30 to the upper limit mark.
▪ Do not overfill. Reinstall the oil filler cap/dipstick.
9.3 Add fuel to the fuel tank (Fig. A)
▪ Remove the fuel tank cap (8).
▪ Use petrol Euro 95/98/E10.
▪ Use a suitable funnel to fill in the fuel to the engines fuel tank (7).
▪ Do not spill any fuel or overfill the tank.
