2 Connect the knob from the bottom side
of the disc and turn it to position dot to
lock it.

3 Turn the adjusting knob to adjust the
thickness you prefer.

4 Place the adjustable slicing disc on the tool
holder.
5 Close the lid and put the ingredients in the
feed tube.

6 Select the 'shredding & slicing process' on
the control panel.
◗ The process increases immediately to the
defined processing speed to guarantee the
optimal endresult.
7 Press the ingredients slowly down with the
pusher, if necessary.
Kneading accessory & mixing bowl
The kneading accessory can be used for kneading
yeast dough for bread and pizzas.

1 Push the driving shaft of the mixing bowl
into the opening of the mixing bowl from
below.You will hear a 'click' when it snaps
into place.

2 Place the mixing bowl on the motor unit
and turn it into the direction of the arrow
until you hear a 'click'.

3 Fit the kneading accessory onto the
driving shaft.
4 Put the ingredients in the bowl.

5 Put the lid on the bowl and turn it to the
left until you hear a click.
