Chopper knife
Beforeyoustar t, makesureyouassembleaccordingtoFig. 2.
Y oucanusethechopperknifetochop, mix, b lend, orpureeingredients. Y oucanalsouseitto
mix and blend cake batters.
Caution
• Donotusethechopperknifetochophardingredients, lik ecoffeebeans, tur meric , n utmeg, andicecubes, asthis
maycausethebladetogetb lunt.
Note
• Donotlettheapplianceruntoolongwhenyouchop(hard)cheeseorchocolate . Otherwisethese

Tip
• When you chop onions, tur n the knob to Pafewtimestopreventtheonionsfrombecomingtoo
nelychopped.
• Whenthefoodstickstothebladeorinsidethebo wl, y oucandothefollowingsteps: 1. Switchoff
theappliance, andthenunplugit. 2. Removethelidfromthebo wl. 3. Removetheingredientsfrom
the blade or from the side of the bowl with a spatula.
Serrated blade
Beforeyoustar t, makesureyouassembleaccordingtoFig. 3.
Use the serr ated blade to crush frozen fr uit.
Note
• Always put the b lade unit in the bowl before y ou star t.
• Itisrecommendedtocutthefruitinto2x2x2cmcubesizebeforehavingitfrozen.
• Formakingfr uitdesser ts, itisrecommendedtousespeed2 f or smooth result, and speed 1 f or
chunky result.

Kneading accessor y
Beforeyoustar t, makesureyouassembleaccordingtoFig. 4.
Y oucanusethekneadingtooltokneadyeastdoughforbreadandpizzas. Y ouneedto
adjusttheamountofliquidtoformthedoughaccordingtothehumidityandtemper ature
condition.
Note
• Donotusethekneadingtooltoblendcakebatters. Usethechopperknif eforthisjob.
• Alwaysputthekneadingtoolinthebo wlbeforeyouaddtheingredients.
Tip
• IfusingHighGlutenFlour , forbestresults, use60gwaterf orever y100gofour , andkneadatspeed
1for2minutes(maxtime).

Balloon beater
Beforeyoustar t, makesureyouassembleaccordingtoFig. 5:
1 Put the tool holder in the bo wl.
2 Put the balloon beater on the tool holder in the bo wl.
3 Puttheingredientsinthebo wl.
4 Putthelidonthebo wl. T ur nthelidclockwisetoxit. Putthepusherinthef eeding
tube.
5 Select speed 1.
6 After use , turn the speed selector to 0, andthenunplugtheappliance .
Citrus press
Beforeyoustar t, makesureyouassembleaccordingtoFig. 6.
Y ou can use the citr us press to squeeze citrus fr uits.
1 T urnthethebowlclockwisetoxitonthemotorunit, andthenputthetoolholder
in the bowl.
» Whenthebo wlisxedcorrectly , y oucanhearaclick.
2 Put the siev e for citr us press on the tool holder in the bowl. Make sure that the
projectiononthesieveislockedintheslotofthebo wlhandle.
» Whenthesiev eisxedcorrectly , y oucanhearaclick.
3 Put the cone on the siev e .
4 Connectthepo werplugtothepowersupply .
5 Checkthemaxim umamountrequiredfortheingredientsin T able1. T ur ntheknobto
speed 1 .
» Theconestar tsrotating.
6 Press the citrus fruit onto the cone .
7 Stoppressingfromtimetotimetoremo vethepulpfromthesieve. Whenyounish
pressingorwhenyouwanttoremo vethepulp , tur ntheknobto0 and remove the
bowl from the appliance with the sieve and cone on it.
Slicing discs and shred ding discs
Beforeyoustar t, makesureyoupickyourdesireddiscandassemb leaccordingtoFig. 7:
• Adjustableslicingdisctoadjustdifferentthickness
• Reversibleshreddingdisc(biggerorsmallsize)
Caution
• Becarefulwhenyouhandlethedisc. Ithasav er ysharpcuttingedge .
• Neverusethedisctoprocesshardingredients, likeicecubes.
• Donotexer ttoomuchpressureonthepusherwhenyoupressingredientsintothef eedtube.
4 Cleaning
W arning
• Beforeyoucleantheappliance, unplugit.
Caution
• Makesurethatthecuttingedgesofthebladesanddiscsdonotcomeintocontactwithhardobjects.
Thismaycausethebladetogetb lunt.
• Thecuttingedgesaresharp. Becarefulwheny oucleanthebladeunitofthefoodprocessorandthe
discs.
1 Cleanthemotorunitwithamoistcloth.
2 Cleantheotherpartsinhotwater(<60ºC)withsomewashing-upliquidorina
dishwasher .
Quick cleaning

Note
• Make sure that the blade is assemb led in the bowl if you clean the f ood processor bowl.
1 P ourlukewarmwater(notmorethan0.5liter s)andafewdropsofwashing-upliquid
into the food processor bowl.
2 Placethelidonthef oodprocessorbo wl, andthentur nitclockwisetoxit.
3 T urn the knob to P . Let the appliance r un for 30 seconds or until the food processor
bowl is clean.
4 After use , turn the knob to 0, andthenunplugtheappliance .
5 Detach the f ood processor bo wl and rinse it with clean water .
5 Storage
1 Pushthepo wercordintotheintegr atedcordstorage(Fig. 10).
2 Store the product in a dry place.
3 Putthediscs, kneadingtoolandshaft, andothersmallaccessoriesinthefoodprocessor
bowl(Fig. 11).
