Procedure

- 150g dates
- 225g dry plums
- 100g nuts (50g almonds/50g walnuts)
- 50g raisins
- 50g sultanas
- 200g whole rye flour
- 100g wheat flour
- 100g brown sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 300ml buttermilk

Mix the ingredients at the pulse setting (P) for
max. 10 seconds. Put the mixed dough into a
rectangular baking tin and bake it for 40 minutes
at 170cC.
