Ingredients
6 shallots
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
300 g steak, in large cubes
freshly milled pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt
wooden skewers

1 Peel the shallots and cut them in half. Put them in a bowl, pour the balsamic
vinegar over them and leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
2 Put the steak cubes in another bowl and season with pepper.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well.
3 Heat the grill to setting 5. Skewer the shallots, brush with 1 tablespoon of
oil and grill for 5-6 minutes on the fully opened grill (party position). Turn
the skewers regularly. Skewer the steak cubes (on separate skewers) and
place them next to the shallots on the grill. Grill both shallots and beef for
another 3-4 minutes while continuing to turn regularly. Sprinkle with salt to
taste. Delicious with a green salad.
Total preparation time 40 minutes
(10 minutes + 30 minutes marinade)
TIP: For an even healthier dish, only use oil with the shallots.
