The circulating heat cooking mode allows you to cook and brown foods on one, two or three levels.

Press SET as many times as necessary to select the COOKING BY
CIRCULATING HEAT function.
180°C flashes in the display to prompt you to choose the desired cooking
temperature.
Press the + and – buttons to set the desired cooking temperature, for
example 200°C. Confirm by pressing START/STOP; the clock numerals
start to flash.
Press the + and – buttons to adjust the cooking time, e.g. 40 minutes.
Confirm the selection by pressing START/STOP; the oven switches on
and the programme begins.

The cooking time may be adjusted at any moment, simply by pressing SET and then the + and –
buttons. Confirm by pressing START/STOP.
You can preheat your oven with the quick preheat button and then return to this sequence.
A beep sounds to indicate that the programmed temperature has been reached.

The cooking temperature can be adjusted in increments of 5°C, between 75°C and 250°C.
The cooking time can be set from 0 to 9 hours 59 minutes.
It is better to set a lesser time and then increase it if necessary. Check the colour of the food.
Always position the accessories (shelf, enamel tray or drip tray) on the first or second shelf
support; this will maximise heat distribution and the quality of cooking.
Use heat-resistant cookware.
Protect your hands when handling dishes as they may be very hot.
