Disposal of device and packaging
Please retain the packaging for your appliance. It will protect your appliance during transport if cus-
tomer service support is required.
Electric and electronic devices often contain valuable and environmentally incompatible materials
and should therefore not be treated as normal household waste. They can be harmful to human
health and the environment if disposed of in residual waste or when handled incorrectly. Therefore,
never place your potentially faulty appliance in the household waste. Instead, take it to the collec-
tion point for the disposal and recycling of electric and electronic appliances provided by your local
council.
You can obtain further information from your local town hall, waste disposer or the retailer where you
bought the appliance.
