drive mechanism is properly positioned
on the blade. Set the motor unit (A1) in
positiononthe lid.

The 3.2Lmultifunction bowl enables you
topreparemixtures from150to 1000 g.

Knead/Chop/Blend (fig6)
Place thebladeholder(E8) in the centre
of the bowl (E) on the axis. Carefully
place theblades(E4or E5) on theblade
holder(E8).Placethereducer(E6)onthe
lid(E3)intheslotdesignedtothateffect.
Placethelid(E3)onthebowl(E)andlock
it.Thefeedertubemustbeplacedonthe
samesideofthe bowlasthehandle.
Setthemotorunit(A1)in positiononthe
reducer(E6).
Turnon.

the reducer (E6) before removingthe lid
(E3).
Unlock(E7)thelid(E3)toaccessthefood.
Remove the blade holder (E8) and the
blade (E4 or E5) before removing the
food. Then very carefully remove the
sharp blade (E4) from the blade holder
(E8),(holdit bytheplastic section).

ashortcrustpastry dough(250g of flour

Chop (fig 6): Chopping Blade (E4)
In 15 to 20 seconds you can chop
between 150 and 850 g of food in the
3.2L multifunction bowl and from 150 to
300 g in the 2L model: hard foodstuffs
(cheeses, dried fruit), hard vegetables
(carrots, celery, etc.), tender vegetables
(onions, spinach, etc.), raw and cooked
meats(bonedandchoppedintochunks),
raw or cooked fish. Do not chop things
that are too hard (rice, sugar cubes) or
which requireveryfinechopping(wheat,
coffee).
