CAUTION
Never move the fryer while the oil/fat is still hot.
Never move the fryer without the lid in place.
If you use solid vegetable fat, store your fryer
with the basket in the high position to avoid the
fat becoming solidified around the basket.
If the fat is solidified around the basket,
entirely melt the fat by setting the
thermostat at 150°C. To avoid any
damage to the rise and fall mechanism,
the automatic rising of the basket is
stopped until the fat has entirely melted.
Wait until this has completed and then
press on button for the basket to rise.
5. TABLE OF COOKING TIMES
The cooking times are a guide only. They
may vary depending on the size of the food,
individual preferences and the voltage.
When cooking battered food or doughnuts,
use the Manual mode and remove the
basket to prevent them sticking to it.
CAUTION
When cooking food in batter, use the
Manual mode and take great care when
handling the food, we suggest using tongs.
Gradually place the food into the hot oil,
submerging it an inch at a time to prevent
it from sinking straight away.
