Method:
1For a quick smooth soup fill the Soup Maker past the 1.3L mark
with a selection of diced vegetables (using ready prepared chopped
vegetables is ideal.)
2Add the vegetable or chicken stock powder and fill to the max mark
with water.
3Select the smooth setting. Once the soup is ready, season to taste
and serve.

Basic Vegetable Soup

Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 200oC / Gas Mark 6.
1Place the tomatoes skin side up into a roasting tin with the red
onion and garlic. Drizzle over the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and
season with salt and milled pepper. Roast for 20 minutes until
softened and slightly charred.
2Carefully place the roasted vegetables into the Soup Maker pour in
the chicken stock, add the tomato puree, brown sugar, fresh basil.
3Select the smooth setting. Once the soup is ready, season to taste
and serve.
