Before using this tool be
sure to carefully read
and completely
understand these instructions
for use. Keep all the documents
supplied with this tool in a safe
place and pass them on to the
new owner if you part with the
tool.
This hot-melt adhesive gun will
reach operating temperatures
around 200°C! Be careful –
there is a serious risk of getting
burned!
Use only original Metabo
accessories.
Nozzle set (comprising
threaded insert,
flat nozzle, and crevice nozzle)
Only change the nozzle when
the device has reached its
operating temperature. Be
careful – there is a serious risk
of getting burned! Wear
protective gloves or similar.
Before changing the nozzle,
withdraw the power plug from
the mains socket!
Do not store within the reach of
children.
We can only guarantee that this
device will function properly if
original Metabo and/or Pattex
hot-melt glue sticks are used.
This tool is not designed for use
by persons with physical,
sensory or mental disabilities,
or with insufficient experience
and/or knowledge, unless they
are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety, or
have received instructions on
how to use the tool by this
person.
Never allow children to use the
machine.
Children should be supervised
to ensure that they do not play
with the tool.
Utilisation
Attach the stand and insert a hot-melt glue stick.
Place the adhesive gun on its stand (a card -
board or wooden working surface may be
required). Insert the power plug into the mains
socket.
Allow the adhesive gun to heat up for
approximately seven minutes.
Trigger the feeder and apply the melted
adhesive to the materials to be bonded.
