Dealing with Rechargeable Batteries
• Do not use any damaged or corroded rechargeable
batteries in the device.
• Rechargeable batteries (batteries) can be dangerous to life
if they have been swallowed. Keep the device and the
rechargeable batteries inaccessible to small children for
this reason!
• Medical assistance must be sought immediately if a
rechargeable battery has been swallowed.
• Rechargeable batteries must be disposed of correctly.
Corresponding containers ready for battery disposal are
located in businesses selling batteries and at the local
collection points for this purpose.
• Avoid contact of the battery fluid with the skin under all
circumstances if a battery is leaking! The battery fluid can
cause skin irritation!
• Remove the leaking battery with a dry, absorbent cloth
and avoid contact with the skin by wearing gloves, for
example.
