5. Why does my watch show incorrect date/time and weather info?
Your watch obtains date & time information from the mobile network
operator and synchronizes the weather forecast from your local internet
server. If the information is incorrect please make sure that the watch is
registered to a mobile network and connected to the internet via GPRS
data.
6. Can anyone call my watch?
Only the phone numbers which are on the contact list can call your
watch and only the first phone number on the contact list can receive a
call alert text. This is to ensure you won't receive calls & messages from
unwanted persons.
7. Can I call anyone I want from the watch?
You can call a maximum of 16 people from your contact list. You can
call someone from the list by selecting the person from the Menu >
Contact. It is easy and safe because no one can see the contact's
phone number on the watch.
8. Can anyone text my watch?
Only 6 subscribers can send you text message via APP.
9. About the location accuracy.
The KOKO Watch uses a combination of GPS, WiFi and cellular to
determine location. The location accuracy depending on available
signal strength and surrounding conditions. If the watch is not within a
clear line of sight to GPS satellites, it will use crowd-sourced WiFi and
cell tower locations to determine watch's location.
