There are 3 pulse profiles available for editing.
Pressing “Edit” will skip to the sub menu “Edit Programs”.
Every minute is displayed as a block. The training time
(length) can be set between 20 and 120 minutes.
The - / + keys reduce or increase the training time by 10 minutes.
The navigation keys left/right mark a time block. This time
block is flashing.
The navigation keys up/down alter the target pulse of the flas-
hing block.
The target pulse of a block is indicated in percent and beats
and refers to your maximum pulse, if entered. The target pulse
can be modified within the range of 20% to 100% of the
maximum pulse.
If no maximum pulse can be measured for an active user, a
50 year-old standard user with a maximum pulse of
170=100% is used as reference.

Pressing “Cancel” will cancel this operation without modify-
ing the original profile.
