If the appliance or supply cord are damaged in any way, or if it is necessary to replace the oven light, or repair the oven, the work
must be done for safety reasons, by KENWOOD or an authorised KENWOOD repairer.
Before you call for service please check the following;
1. If the oven will not work at all, the display does not appear or disappears, check that the oven is properly plugged in. If
necessary check the socket with another appliance to see if that works.
2. If the microwave power will not function check to see that the timer is set. Also check that the door is properly shut so that
the safety interlocks are engaged, otherwise the oven will not work.
Check to see that the child proof lock is not lit on the display, and if it is switch it off.

●
you supply your receipt to show when you bought it.
