Setting the clock
When you switch on the device for the first time, the time flashes in the dis-
play to indicate that you must set the clock. The same applies if the device
has been disconnected from the mains and no back-up battery is inserted.
1 Press »TIME« and hold down.
2 Using »
<« (hold down) set the clock with the time running slowly back-
wards.
and/or
Using »>>« (hold down) set the clock with the time running quickly
forwards.
3 Release »TIME« to end the setting.
– Display: the set time.
Note:
Using »SNOOZE« (press and hold down), display the seconds (time
e.g. »12:15« and 20 seconds, display: »5:20«).
Setting the alarm times
With this unit, it is possible to set two alarm times, for example, for two peo-
ple.
1 When the alarm is switched off push the sliding switch »ALARM 1
1+2 2« (on the left of the device) to »1« or »2«.
– Display: the »ALARM 1

« LED glows.

<« (hold down), set the alarm time with the time running slow-
ly backwards.

Using »>>« (hold down), set the alarm time with the time running
quickly forwards.
6 Release »ALARM« to end the setting.
– The device switches on at the set alarm times with the selected alarm
signal.
