• Following a confirmation tone, each hand performs a demonstration
movement in the order of the function hand, 24 hour hand, hour hand, minute
hand and second hand to indicate that the all-reset procedure is finished.
This completes the all-reset procedure. Next, perform the base position alignment
procedure.
Note: • Do not press in the crown to the normal position until the base alignment
procedure has finished following the all-reset procedure.
[Base Position Alignment Following All-Reset]
1. Press button (A) to align the second hand at the 0 seconds position (12:00
position).
• Pressing button (A) advances the second hand by one second each time it is
pressed. Continuously pressing button (A) causes the function hand to
advance continuously.
2. Turn the crown to set the 24 hour hand at the 24:00 position, and the hour and
minute hands at the 0-position (12:00 position).
• Turning the crown by one revolution to the right causes the 24 hour hand,
hour hand and minute hand to move forward (clockwise).
• Turning the crown by one revolution to the left causes the 24 hour hand, hour
hand and minute hand to move backward (counter-clockwise).
• Turning the crown continuously by two or more revolutions causes each hand
to advance continuously. When stopping the hands while they are advancing
continuously, turn the crown by one revolution to the right or left. When the
continuous advance of the hands is not stopped manually, they stop
automatically after advancing by 12 hours.
3. Push in the crown to Position 1.
4. Press button (A) to set the function hand at the 0-position immediately after the
date has changed (12:00 position).
• Pressing button (A) advances the function hand by one second each time it is
pressed. Continuously pressing button (A) causes the function hand to
advance continuously.
• The date changes by one day when the function hand completes four
revolutions.
Note: • Turning the crown by one revolution to the left causes the function hand
to advance continuously (make four revolutions) and the date to be
corrected by one day.
5. After returning the crown to the normal position, correctly reset the time and
date in the time/calendar (TME) mode. In addition, reset the other modes as
well before using the watch.
