CAUTION: Do not direct steam flow directly at patient, walls or furniture. Patient will
still obtain desired level of humidity.
KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN; STEAM CAN CAUSE BURNS. This appliance
is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision. Young
children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
7. INHALANT STEAM ACTIVATED: For
best results, fill the medicine cup on
the cap (located in front of the
steam outlet vents) with KAZ
INHALANT OR VICKS VAPOSTEAM.
DO NOT pour any brand of medicine
into the reservoir water – it will dam-
age the unit and void our guarantee.

These inhalants are designed for use
on one vaporizer cycle (12-14 hours). After vaporizer shuts off, empty the residue in
the medicine cup and clean with a soft tissue. Add fresh inhalant after refilling water
container.
8. PLUG IN VAPORIZER. IMPORTANT: Vaporizer will NOT START unless vaporizer has
been disconnected for at least one minute. Nightlight will illuminate when electricity
is connected. This will indicate that the heating unit is functioning.
Vaporizer will produce a gentle flow of steam within a few minutes. Do not lift or
move the vaporizer while in use.
9. OPERATION: Vaporizer will shut off automatically when the water reaches a mini-
mum level (about .78 inches from bottom of container).
10. VENTILATE ROOM REGULARLY: When vaporizer is used in closed or small rooms,
check periodically for proper ventilation, as excessive humidity can cause conden-
sation on walls.
11. AFTER EACH USE: Empty any unused water from the container. Rinse container
thoroughly, drain and wipe with a dry, clean cloth. To maintain proper operation of
your vaporizer, be sure to follow CARE AND CLEANING instructions.
12. CONDITION OF SALE: As a condition of sale, the purchaser assumes responsibility for
the proper care and use of this appliance in accordance with our printed instructions.
The purchaser or user must judge for himself or herself when to use the appliance
and length of use.
