Change of door opening direction
Should the setting-up place or handling demand it, door-
opening direction can be refitted from right-handed to left-
handed.
Appliances on the market are right-handed.
Following operations are to be done on the basis of fig-
ures and explanations:
Break the circuit of the appliance.
Tilt back the appliance carefully being careful so that
the compressor cannot touch the floor. It is recom-
mended to ask another person for help, who can
keep the appliance at this position safely.
Remove carefully (e.g. with a knife) the covering nails
of screws fixing the bottom cover grid, then the cover
grid can be removed by unscrewing the plate-screws
(2 pieces).
Dismount the bottom door holder of the freezer by
removing the screws (2 pieces) and the fill plates
(2 pieces).
Take off the door of the freezer by pulling it slightly
downwards.
Dismount the double door holder by removing the
screws (2 pieces) and the fill plates (2 pieces).
Take off the door of the refrigerator by pulling it slight-
ly downwards.
Unscrew the top door holding pin of the refrigerator,
then screw it back on the other side.
Remove the covering nails of the double door holder
on the left side and put them to the other side.
Fit the door of the refrigerator to the top door holding
pin.
Fix the double door holder onto the left side using the
screws (2 pieces) and fill plates (2 pieces). Be care-
ful that the door edge of the refrigerator is parallel with
the edge of the mantle.
Fit the door of the freezer to the double door holding
pin.
Fix the bottom door holder onto the left side using the
screws (2 pieces) and fill plates (2 pieces). Be careful
that the door edge of the freezer is parallel with the
edge of the mantle.
Pull out the cover element of the cover grid in the direc-
tion of arrow (1) and place it and contrary side (2).
Put the cover grid back and fix it with the plate-screws
(2 pieces), then put the covering nails back.
Put over the handle on the other side and put the
plastic covering nails into the holes set free.
Put the appliance to its place, set it level and apply volt-
age to it.
In case you do not want to perform the procedures above,
call the nearest brand-mark service. Technicians will accom-
plish the refitting expertly for charge.
Electrical connection
This refrigerator is designed to operate on a
230 V AC (
~
) 50 Hz supply.
The plug must be put into a socket with protective
contact. If there is no such, it is recommended to get
an electrician to fit an earthed socket in compliance
with standards near the refrigerator.
