z Damage or faults with the Device operation caused by the removal and
insertion of exterior and interior parts of the Device;
z Damage caused by holes in the enclosure;
z Cracked glass or LCD due to external factors;
z Damage or faults caused by an external force;
z Damage or faults caused by liquids;
z Damage or faults caused by liquid or dry chemical substances (such as
gasoline, acids, corrosive materials), dust, dirt and other foreign objects;
z Damage or faults caused by external heat or fire (damage by internal
heat is covered if it did not occur through an external reason);
z Superficial damage occurring through external reasons, including dents,
shabbiness, scratches on the enclosure, discoloration, cracks, peeling or
metal or plastic parts of the enclosure.
** The customer is advised to regularly make copies of personal
information and other contents on the Device and to erase the same from
the memory of the Device before handing the Device over to a service
agent. In case the customer does not do this, Orange is not responsible for
the information in the memory in the Device to the customer or a third
party.
