4. Select sys.log from the pull-down list of Export Local Log.
5. Click Confirm to accept the change.
6. Reproduce the issue.
7. Click Export to open the file download window, and then save the file to your local
system.
You can also export the system log to a syslog server. Contact your system administrator for
more information.
Note
To export the boot log to a local PC via web user interface:
1. Click on Settings->Configuration.
2. Select Enabled from the pull-down list of Enable Local Logging.
3. Select boot.log from the pull-down list of Export Local Log.
4. Click Confirm to accept the change.
5. Click Export to open the file download window, and then save the file to your local
system.
How to export all diagnostic files?
We may need you to provide three types of diagnostic files (including PCAP trace, system log
and BIN configuration file) to help analyze your problem. You can export these files at a time.
