perfect log loading

d) Locate leak(s) and contact your

3. Log pusher moves jerkily, taking
unfamiliar noise or vobrating a lot
Lack of hydraulic oil and excessive air
in the hydraulic system
Check oil level for possible refilling.

4. Oil leaks around the cylinder ram or
ffrom other points
a) Air sealed in hydraulic system while
operating
b) Bleed screw is not tightened before
moving the log splitter
c) Oil drain bolt is not tight
d) Hydraulic control valve assembly

a) Loosen bleed screw by some
rotations before operating the log
splitter
b) Tighten bleed screw up before
moving the log splitter
c) Tighten the oil drain bolt
d) Contact your dealer

Manque d’huile et trop d’air
dans le système hydr.
Contrôler le niveau d’huile, le cas
échéant rajouter de l’huile, et sinon
appeler le commerçant
4. Fuite d’huile sur le vérin ou à
d’autres endroits
a) Inclusion d’air dans le
système hydr. durant le
fonctionnement
b) Vis d’aération pas serrée
avant le transport
c) Vis de vidange d’huile lâche
