Cleaning instructions
Clean the thermometer with water
and detergent before it is used for
the first time. Clean the thermometer
after each use under running water
with a little washing-up liquid. The
display may fog up when cleaning
directly after use. However, this
disappears after a short time.
Safety instructions
• Keep the packaging away from
babies and small children. There is
a risk of suffocation.
• Be careful when inserting the
tip of the thermometer into the
meat. Risk of injury.
Rare - crispy on the outside, raw
on the inside
Medium - still pink in the middle
Well-done - cooked through.
The desired cooking level is reached
once the indicator is on the marked
line. For a reliable reading, insert the
tip of the thermometer about 4 cm
(at least 2/3 of the length) into the
side of the meat. For larger pieces, you
can also insert the thermometer from
the top. You will receive an accurate
reading after approx. 20 seconds.
You can also leave the thermometer
in the meat the entire time and con-
trol the cooking process.
