In no event exceed the max. permitted input values
within the excess voltage category III. Do not
contact circuits or parts of circuits if there could be
higher voltages than 25V ACrms or 35V DC pending
within them ! Mortal danger! Before measuring,
check the connected measuring lines for damage
such as, for example, cuts, cracks or squeezing.
Defective measuring lines may no longer be used!

a) Special Functions
The pocket multimeter has special functions, which can be used
individually during measuring.
HOLD function
The HOLD function maintains the currently displayed measuring
value on the display so it can be read off at leisure or logged.
To switch on the HOLD function press the „HOLD“ button (7); an acou-
stic signal confirms this action and „HOLD“ appears on the display.
To deactivate the „HOLD“ function again, press this button anew or
activate the range selection switch.
This function is not available in the measuring range diode test and
continuity test.
RANGE function
The range function enables manual measuring range selection and
prevents automatic switching to a higher or lower measuring range.
To activate the range function, press the button RANGE (2). The dis-
play „AUTO“ disappears.
