Time
1. Push the M button for approx. 3 seconds. The settings
menu will open. The reading for setting 24h or 12h mode
will blink. Push the S button to switch between the modes.
2. Push the M button once. The hour reading will blink.
Push
the
S button to set the hours.
3. Push the M button once. The minutes reading will blink.
Push the S button to set the minutes.
Unit of measure
4. Push the M button once. The unit of measure reading will
blink. Push the S button to switch between the metric (kg,
cm, KM) and imperial system (Lb, In, MILE).
Weight:
5. Push the M button once. The weight reading will blink.
Push the S button to enter your own bodyweight.
Step length
6. Push the M button once. The step length reading will
blink. Push the S button to set the step length.
Target steps
7. Push the M button once. The target steps reading will
blink. The TARGET and STEP symbols will appear on
the display. Push the S button to set the step target (up
to 1000 in increments of 100, 1000 or more in increments
of 1000).
The progress with respect to the target steps is shown
in the form of bars on the left edge of the display. Once
the target steps have been reached, the full progress
bar will blink for approx. 30 seconds. No steps will be
registered during this time! The step counter will con-
tinue to operate after 30 seconds. The full bar on the
left edge of the display will remain visible.
8. Push the M button again to close the settings menu. The
reading will stop blinking.
Use
We recommend that right-handed persons wear the
wristband on their left arm and left-handed persons
wear it on their right arm in order to not distort activity
measurements through excessive arm movements.
• Put the wristband around your wrist and engage the snap
fastener. Make sure that it is not too loose and that both
buttons are fi rmly in the holes.
• Just start walking. The registered steps are shown on the
display with a delay of approx. 5 – 10 seconds.
• The product will switch to standby mode if no movement
has been registered for approx. 3 minutes.
Resetting the readings
The Steps, Distance, Calorie consumption and Work-
out time readings are automatically reset overnight.
• Push the S button for approx. 3 seconds. The Clr reading
will appear on the display.
• Push the S button once to reset the readings to 0. This
concerns the Steps, Distance, Calorie consumption and
Workout time readings.
• Push the M button to abort the process.
• If no buttons are pushed, the process will be automati-
cally aborted after approx. 10 seconds.
Cleaning and storage
ATTENTION!
■ Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning products or
cleaning pads for cleaning the product. They could dam-
age the surface.
• Clean the product with a slightly damp, soft cloth and, if
applicable, a gentle cleaning solution.
• Store the product in a clean, dry area, which is not ex-
posed to direct sunlight and is not accessible to children
and animals.

Disposal
The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the
packaging in an environmentally-friendly manner
and make it available to the collection service for
recyclable materials.
Dispose of the product in an environmentally-friendly
manner. The product does not belong in the household
garbage. Dispose of the product at a recycling centre
for old electrical and electronic appliances. You can
obtain more information from the administration in
your community.
Batteries must be removed and disposed of
separately before disposing of the product. To
protect the environment, batteries and rechargeable
batteries must not be disposed of together with normal
household waste. Instead they must be turned in at
appropriate collection points. Be sure to observe the
applicable legal regulations on battery disposal.
