7.2 Variable speed control (Fig. 2)
The tool speed can be infinitely adjusted between 6000 rpm and 10000 rpm. Higher speed is
obtained when the dial is turned in the direction of 6; lower speed is obtained when it is turned
in the direction of 1.
7.3 Attaching the sandpaper (Fig. 3)
▪ Before any work on the machine itself, pull the main plug.
▪ To attach sanding paper, first remove all dirt or foreign matter from the sanding base plate.
Then attach the sanding paper to the sanding base plate, using the hook-and-loop system
of the sanding paper and the sanding base plate.
▪ Make sure the perforations in the paper coincide with those on the sanding base plate, to
ensure optimal dust collection.
▪ The sandpaper should rest flush on the base plate and must not come loose.
▪ Select sandpaper with the correct grain size.
You can be sure to find the right sandpaper among our product range (see accessories).
7.4 Collecting the dust
For a better dust extraction of the working surface, your sanding machine can be connected to
the ordinary vacuum cleaner for house-use. Ask your vacuum cleaner distributor for the
correct dust bag connector.
