7. WARRANTY
The TUSA IQ-400 is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials
for a period of two years after purchase to the original owner subject to and in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below:
This warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from improper
usage, improper maintenance, neglect of care, alteration or unauthorized
repair. This warranty will automatically become void if proper preventive
maintenance procedures have not been followed as outlined in the use and
care instructions for this product.
If a claim under this or any other warranty appears to be necessary, return the
product, freight prepaid, to your TUSA Dealer or qualified repair facility.
Include your name and address, proof of purchase and/or service registration
card, as required in your country. The claim will be honored and the product
repaired or replaced at no charge and returned in what your TUSA Dealer
determines a reasonable amount of time, provided all necessary parts are in
stock. All repairs made, not covered under the terms of this warranty, will be
made at the owner’s expense. This warranty is non-transferable from the origi-
nal owner.
All implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited from date of
