liquid well. Open the cover thereafter and check the dough. The dough should be small
peas shape there. If necessary, we can improve the dough more. For example, if the
dough looks too wet, add some more flour and let the machine mix some more time. If
the dough looks too dry ,add some more water and mix again. Then check again after
mixing .
6. Extrude the pasta: when the dough is ready, press the slider and pull out until is cannot
be pull again, the machine will starts to extrude after few minutes. Please make sure the
motor is in working situation right now. If you heard the sound of working machine
changes a little, it is normal. But if there have unnormal noise , please turn down the
power and check as the breakdown maintenance thereafter.
7. If you want different shapes of turn down the machine and take the discs and sealing
washer out and then change the one you want ,then continue to start .
8. Cut the pasta accord to the length you.
9. When all the dough have been extruded, stop the machine, take out the sealing washer
and discs, pour the machine down so as to pour the rest flour out.
10. During the machine works, if you found the dough stick on the mixing paddle
(sometimes the dough is too wet ), please close power firstly and then to move the
dough to the container by hand and then starts again to help the extrusion. When the
extrusion speed become slow, we can check whether all the dough have come down to
the extrusion space, if yes, that means almost all the dough have been extruded out, we
can turn down the power after 2-3mins.
Cleaning for pasta machine :
1. Assemble the pasta machine as the indications above , cleaning the rest flour or dough
with the brush accessory , and then wipe the surface of the machine with cleaning cloth.
2. Place the disassembled parts in order separately ,or put in the dishwasher, or clean by
hand in hot water, or just clean with cleaning cloth.
a. Parts which can be put in dishwasher: (transparent lid ,slider ,transparent mixing
container ,14 discs ,Spanner ,brush)
b. Parts which need cleaning in hot water by hand:（fixing screw for mixing paddle,
mixing paddle , extrusion space , extrusion coil , metal disc cover, wire cutter）
c. Parts which can be cleaned with cleaning cloth (top cover , sealing washer)
3. Assemble all the parts when the parts dry after cleaning.
Breakdown maintenance
1. During the extrusion process, if the extrusion speed is too slow, there may have some
dough stick on the mixing paddle and have no idea to come down to the extrusion space.
Now you can turn off the power, open the top cover and take the dough which stick on
the mixing paddle then continue.
2. If you heard unnormal noise of the motor during the machine works, please turn the
power off and close the slider. Take out the sealing washer, discs and the dough in
extrusion space, put it into the container, add some water and then continue to start the
machine.
3. If the dough is too dry, it will make the motor overloaded so as to lead the machine stop
