Frequently Asked Questions
1. The screen doesn’t seem to display anything, even when turned on.
What am I doing wrong?
The batteries may have drained, please replace with new ones. If the
batteries have already been replaced, ensure they have been inserted in the
correct position
2. Why does the cuff not inflate?
The battery voltage may be too low. Please replace the batteries.
3. The monitor will not measure correctly. The readings are too high or too
low, what should I do?
To ensure the readings are correct – make sure the cuff is fastened firmly
around the wrist. Do not move whilst the monitor is measuring. Also, raise
your hand to the same level as your heart.
4. Why is the reading different from that measured at a clinic or doctors?

5. Why is the reading taken on a wrist monitor different to the reading
taken on an arm monitor?
Blood pressure measured on the wrist may differ from measurement taken on
the upper arm. This is due to the difference in width of the blood vessels in the
wrist and arm. The average difference for a healthy adult is around 10mmHg.
6. How many users can you add on the Apple/Android Application?
There is no limit to how many users you can have on the Apple/Android
