BEFOREINSTALLINGTHEAPPLIANCE
Beforeconnectingyourappliancetothepowersupply,checkthatthevoltagestatedontheratinglabel
ofyourappliancecorrespondstothevoltageinyourhome.Adifferentvoltagecoulddamagethe
appliance.
Theplugistheonlywaytounplugtheapplianceandshouldthereforebeaccessibleatalltimes.Toturn
offmainpowertotheappliance,turnitoffandthendetachtheplugfromtheoutlet.
Theappliancemustbegrounded.Themanufacturerisnotresponsiblefordamagesthatmayoccurasa
resultofusagewithoutgrounding.
INSTALLATION
Installtheapplianceinadry,wellventilatedroom.Theinstallationlocationshouldneitherbeexposedto
directsunlightnornearaheatsource,e.g.acooker,radiator,etc.
Toensureadequateventilationfortheappliance,allowaminimumof10cmofairspaceoneachsideof
thecabinet.
Forunevensurfaces,frontfeetcanbealigned.
Toinstallthefridgedoorhandles,aligntheholesofthehandlesontothelugsofthefridgedoorsand
slidethehandlesdownwardsuntiltheyaresecurelyfit.
Toremovethehandles,slidethemupwards.
AMBIENTTEMPERATURE
Thisapplianceisdesignedtooperateinambienttemperaturebetween16°Cand43°C.Ifthese
temperaturesareexceeded,i.e.colderorwarmer,theappliancewillnotoperatecorrectly.Ifthe
ambienttemperaturesareexceededforlongperiods,thetemperatureinthefreezercompartmentwill
riseabove‐18°Candfoodspoilage
mayoccur.
BEFOREPLACINGFOODINTHEAPPLIANCE
Removeallpackaging.
Allowtheappliancetorunemptyfor2–3hourssothecompartmentscancooltotheappropriate
temperature.
Cleantheinsideoftheappliancewithwarmwaterandalittleliquiddetergenttoremove
manufacturingandtransportationdust.
POWERFAILURE
Ifthereisapowerfailure,donotopenthedoorsofyourappliance.Frozenfoodshouldnotbeaffectedif
thepowerfailurelastsforlessthan12hours.
Donotrefreezefroz enfoodsthathavethawedcompletely.Thefoodmaybedangeroustoeat.
