READ BEFORE USE
- When opened for the first time, the inside of the packaging and the cartridge may be damp. This is a normal condition.
- This product is designed to filter tap water. It is not suitable to purify contaminated water.
- Do not filter hot or boiling water.
- Filtered water can be consumed safely by children who are over one year of age.
- Water is a foodstuff. The filtered water should be used within two days.
- Do not expose the jug and the cartridge to direct sunlight for extended periods.
- For optimal use, we recommend to replace Filtra+ cartridges after 50 days and Nitra+ cartridges after 20 days.
- It is recommended to wash your jug regularly: Jug, lid and funnel are dishwasher safe (but not the cartridge and the electronic probe)
Dishwasher-safe at maximum 30 degrees.
- The Duo Control Technology system uses a non replaceable “CR2032” lithium battery with a life span of approximately 3 years.

PRODUCT USAGE
Operation
Please refer to the illustrations at the beginning of the instruction manual.
A: How to prepare the cartridge before using the filtered water.
• Repeat step A if the cartridge does not allow the water to filter. This means that air remains in the cartridge.
B: How to set up the Duo Control Technology system & chose the correct cartridge type.
• Check the type of the cartridge on its packaging. If it is a Filtra+, select “F” on the LCD screen of the probe, by following
B3 to B6 illustrations. If it is a Nitra+ cartridge, select “N” by following B7 to B12 illustrations.
• Once the cartridge type is selected, the Duo Control Technology system will automatically set the corresponding filtration length and capacity.
C: How to use the jug.
• Completely fill the funnel with water.
• Allow water to filter through the cartridge.
• Dual control of cartridge use: the system automatically counts down the volume of water filtered and the number of days
the cartridge has been used.
D: When to change the cartridge: a) when all the bars have disappeared or b) when the timer appears.
Example given with Filtra+ 150L/50 days. The system functions in exactly the same way with the Nitra+ cartridge, 60L/20 days.
E: How to change the cartridge and reset the Duo Control Technology system.
PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
Dispose of used batteries in a designated container so that they can be collected and recycled.
After life, dispose of this product at a designated waste recycling point.
GUARANTEE
This product is guaranteed against defects in materials or manufacturing. During the guarantee period, any such defects will be repaired
free of charge (proof of purchase must be shown in the case of a complaint under guarantee). The guarantee does not cover damage
resulting from improper use or negligence. In the event of a claim, first contact the shop where you purchased the product.
