Q1: I entered 192.168.1.1 in the address bar but cannot access its web UI. What should I do?
A1: Try the following solutions one by one:
1. Verify that Ethernet cable is connected properly and corresponding LED lights are in normal
status;
2. Verify your PC’s IP address has been set to 192.168.1.x (2~253);
3. Clear your browser’s cache or change your browser;
4. Change your PC and try again.
Q2: LED lights indicate malfunction occurs. What should I do?
A2: When the device is working normally, the POWER and PON LED light display solid, the
LOS LED light is off and the LAN LED light is blinking. If malfunction occurs, try the following
solutions:
1. If the POWER LED light is off, please verify that the ON/OFF button is turned on and power
adapter is properly connected;
2. If the PON LED light is off, please verify LOID/MAC authentication information you’ve
entered is correct and the PON port is properly connected.
3. If the LOS LED stays blinking, please verify that the fiber end face is clean, the fiber is not
over-bending, the PON port has been tightly connected, and the network access type you’ve
selected is correct. Or you can change your fiber.
Q3: The device is correctly connected but cannot access the Internet. What should I do?
A3: Try the following solutions one by one:
1. Verify your device has been authenticated successfully;
2. Check whether LED lights work normally or not;
3. Verify your PPPoE username and password are correctly entered;
4. If a router has been connected to the LAN port of your device, verify that relevant settings are
correctly configured on the router;
5. Consult your ISP (Internet Service Provider) if the problem remains unsolved.
