The Ultimate Ab and Lean Body System
Ab Swing Setup
You’re Ab Swing comes fully assembled, but you will need to unfold it each time you set the unit up for use.
Remove your Ab Swing from the shipping carton and place it in an upright position on a flat surface as shown in
Figure 1. Unfold the legs, by pulling the back leg backward until it locks in to position. This is similar to the way
you would unfold a folding chair. In the fully extended position, the rear leg and the front leg are distanced apart
on the flat surface, as shown in Figure 2.

Once your unit is securely place on the flat surface with the legs fully extended and locked in position, the next
step is to insert the left and right handles in place. Remove the left and right handles from the shipping carton.
Place the handle above the unit with the wide area furthest away from the unit, as shown in Figure 3. The pushpin
on the handle should line up with the handle base fixed on the Ab Swing unit. Insert the handle into the handle
base until the pushpin snaps in place. There is only one position available for each handle. Once the pushpin
snaps in place, the handles are secured, as shown in Figure 4. Ensure that the handles are snapped into place
with the pushpin extended through the handle base.
When storing your unit, it is not recommended that the handles be removed. The handles can stay permanently
attached to the Ab Swing unit for storage.

Ab Swing Adjustments
Now, you are ready to position your Ab Swing to your height. The Ab Swing has several positions for the pushpin
on the lower footrest extension. The pushpin should be in the last position when storing the Ab Swing. This will
have the unit sit flush in a standing position. Once the Ab Swing legs have been extended, simply locate the
pushpin by sliding your hand along the foot extension bar until you feel the pushpin extruding from the side of the
bar. Depress the pushpin in, and extend the footrest to the appropriate location. For 5’ 7” and below, this should
be between the 1
st
and 3
rd
pushpin location closest to the seat. For 5’ 7” and above, this should be between the
4
th
and 6
th
pushpin location.
