Diameter of X'press Cooker base
*Enamel on aluminium exterior, non-stick interior
Compatible heat sources
■ Stainless steel models can be used on any type of heat
including induction.
■ The non-stick models are compatible with all cooking hobs.
■ On an electric hob, use a hotplate whose diameter is equal to or less than the diameter
of the base of the X'press Cooker.
■ On a ceramic hob, take care that the bottom of the pan is perfectly clean.
■ On gas, the flame should not go beyond the base of the pan.
Do not heat the pan empty.
